Delete your RedFox account and data.
You can permanently delete your account inside RedFox or request deletion here if you cannot access the app.
Fastest: delete inside the app
- Open RedFox and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Under Privacy & account, choose Delete account and data.
- Read the warning, type DELETE, and confirm.
For security, RedFox may ask you to sign out and sign in again before deletion. Deletion is permanent.
Request deletion without the app
Email the request from the address used for your RedFox account. Use the subject Delete my RedFox account and include the account email address in the message. Do not include your password.

What is deleted
Your authentication account, profile, routines, checkpoints, daily priorities and tasks, reflections, preparation state, trusted-contact links and permissions, device messaging token, and wake-ping records associated with your account are deleted.
What may remain temporarily
Encrypted infrastructure backups may persist until their normal rotation completes. RedFox does not retain active copies of deleted account content for advertising or profiling. If information must be retained for fraud prevention, security, or a legal obligation, only the necessary record will be kept for the required period.
